The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous/juicy/finely tight frame, tension as well as minerality, a fine suavity and a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy wild strawberry, crunchy raspberry, small notes of juicy cassis associated with small touches of violet, iris, a racy minerality as well as fine hints of liquorice, toasted and an imperceptible hint of mild tobacco (in the background). Good length. Tannins are well-built.
