The nose is fresh and slightly concentrated. It reveals notes of red berries, cassis and fine touches of liquorice associated with discreet hints of lily as well as an imperceptible hint of toasted almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, a good definition, a fine acid frame as well as gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy redcurrant, fleshy cassis and more slightly fleshy raspberry associated with a discreet hint of flowers, very fine touches of chocolate as well as a subtle hint of liquorice and a very discreet hint of caramelization. Tannins are slightly firm.
