The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced, beautifully juicy and offers suavity, a fine gourmandize and a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cherry, bright blackberryand small notes of pulpy/juicy violet plum associated with touches of small red berries as well as fine hints of liquorice, nutmeg, a very discreet hint of chocolate and an imperceptible hint of saffron.
