The nose is fruity, finely gourmand, finely powerful and offers a fine richness. It reveals notes of cassis and black cherry combined with a fine hint of blackberry cream, blueberry as well as hints of fleshy strawberry, touches of liquorice, vanilla wood and an imperceptible hint of pepper (in the backgound background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine mineral frame, a nice fat, a nice volume, a good definition, depthness, richness and a certain finesse. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of ripe fleshy blackberry, blueberry, black cherry and slight notes of raspberry associated with touches of vanilla/wood, licorice and sweet spices. There is a hint of tonka bean on the persistence.
