A lovely fresh, mineral, racy, fruity and tracing nose. It expresses notes of fresh/pulpy Boysen berry, pulpy blackcurrant and more lightly – ripe/fresh small red fruits, associated with touches of blueberry, fresh nutmeg, fine hints of infusion, and a discreet hint almost of timut pepper and an imperceptible hint almost sappy. The palate is nicely juicy, fruity, balanced and offers a fresh/tangy frame, juiciness, suavity, delicacy, a nice tracing/stretched side. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackcurrant, fresh purple plum, associated with touches of lily, lilac, as well as hints of nutmeg, star anise/fresh liquorice stick, small red berries and a subtle hint of infusion. The tannins are sapid, fresh, discreetly sappy. Lovely freshness and minerality. All in accuracy, freshness and elegant classicism. Salty character
