The nose is fine, elegant, spicy and offers intensity as well as a fine power. It reveals notes of blackberry and strawberry associated with touches of juicy blueberry, graphite, spices, Sichuan pepper as well as discreet hints of liquorice and an imperceptible hint of nutmeg. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, precise, frank and offers tension, precision, a fine concentration, a beautiful juiciness, a beautiful suavity, a beautiful fullness,a beautiful gourmandize, a very beautiful touch, finesse, a fine unctuosity as well as straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy strawberry and small notes of fleshy blueberry, fleshy raspberry associated with fine touches of flowers, liquorice, fine hints of toasted/caramelized oak, very fine hints of nutmeg, sugared mild tobacco as well as discreet hints of chocolat and an imperceptible varietal hint. A very beautiful length on the palate and persistence. There is a hint on cocoa on the persistence.
