The nose is aromatic, discreetly tight and offers a fine power as well as a fine texture. It reveals notes of ripe Boysenberry, fairly ripe wild strawberry and more lightly lily associated with touches of zan, blond tobacco as well as a discreet hint of nutmeg and undergrowth. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers juiciness, a nice freshness, fat, a certain richness as well as a nice finely powdery texture. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy cherry, luscious / juicy raspberry and more slightly Boysenberry associated with a fine touch of purple plum as well as hints of nutmeg, humus, with a subtle hint. of cocoa and an imperceptible hint of truffle. Tannins are precise, structuring and suave. Presence of a small bite and sapidity on the finish.
