It reveals notes of slightly candied cassis, very ripe blackberry, small notes of violet associated with touches of small crushed black fruits, crushed Gariguette strawberry as well as very fine hints of liquorice, cardamom, salinity and caramelization. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, gourmandize, a very fine unctuosity as well as a small concentration, freshness and salinity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed/candied wild cassis, crushed blackberry, small notes of crushed wild strawberry associated with small touches of liquorice, cardamom as well as discreet hints of underwood and spices/cedar.
