The palate is fresh, mineral and offers juiciness, a beautiful suavity, dynamism, a fine unctuosity as well as gourmandize and a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of wild blackberry, wild cassis, small notes of violet associated with touches of small wild red berries, bramble, tobacco, nutmeg as well as very discreet hints of sense of the place (local biotope), a racy minerality and a very discreet hint of toasted.
