The nose is fresh and offers a fine concentration. It reveals notes of cassis and blackberry associated with small notes of ripe red berries, liquorice as well as a very discreet hint of cassis bud, spices, toasted and an imperceptible hint of Cuben pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a fine fat, a mineral frame as well as a “pure” fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy cassis, blackberry and small notes of ripe berries, liquorice associated with hints of raspberry, cherry as well as very discreet hint of flowers, spices and caramelization/vanilla.
