The palate is fruity, juicy, elegant and offers gourmandize, a beautiful finesse of the grain, fat, a fine complexity as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/candied lemon, juicy/candied yellow peach and small notes of quince associated with fine touches of crystalized mandarine, fine hints of crunchy pineapple as well as a discreet hint of spices and an imperceptible hint of almond (in the background/finish and persistence). Good length and good persistence. There is an imperceptible hint almost saline on the persistence.
