It reveals notes of lemon, zests and small notes of candied vine peach associated with very fine hints of juicy green apple, white flowers as well as a very discreet hint of fresh ginger and an imperceptible hint of vanilla flowers (in the background). The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced, discreetly tight and offers an acidulous/juicy beautiful frame, gourmandize, precision, tension as well as a racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon, candied lemon and small notes of vine peach associated with fine touches of crunchy pineapple, green apple as well as a subtle hint of juicy mandarine and fresh ginger. Good length.
