The nose is elegant and offers controlled power, a certain intensity in its precision, spices and a hint of elegant austerity. It reveals notes of biggareau cherry, wild strawberry and small notes of pepper associated with touches of spice, clove, as well as a hint of cubeb pepper and a discreet touch of nutmeg. The palate is well-built, supple, precise and mellow and offers a gourmandise, precision, a little tension, suppleness and an airy character in its straightness and power. It expresses notes of pulpy cassis, violet and more discreetly, lily associated with touches of concentrated small red berries, as well as fine, delicate notes of bright violet plum, cubeb pepper, as well as a hint of licorice stick and a subtle touch of vanilla.
