Nice intense, precise nose which offers an infusion/maceration side as well as depth. We find notes of pulpy/juicy Boysenberry, violet and more lightly bright Bigarreau cherry associated with touches of star anise, camphor, wild strawberry as well as hints of cornflower, nutmeg, lily. as well as a very discreet hint of toasted/toasted almond. The palate is fresh, mineral, fruity, balanced and offers accuracy, smoothness, a tangy/juicy structure, pulpiness, lovely energy, a creamy texture (very fine and airy) as well as lovely suppleness and delicacy. What a texture! On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, bright purple plum and small notes of small crushed red berries associated with touches of star anise/licorice as well as hints of toasted hazelnut and vanilla. A lovely silky, floral and fresh side. Nice chewiness and flavor.
