The nose is elegant, racy and offers power, a small richness, delicacy and a fine grain. It reveals notes of pulpy/fresh Boysen berry, pulpy fresh raspberry, small notes of racy minerality associated with touches of small fresh/ripe red fruits, violet as well as fine hints of incense, caramelization, toasted and an imperceptible hint of spices. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain/tension, freshness, a fine acidulous frame and a small power. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright Boysen berry, crushed cassis, small notes of crushed raspberry associated with small touches of small juicy/fresh blue fruits as well as hints of chocolate, cardamom, toasted, very fine hints of caramelization, camphor and an imperceptible hint of badian. Good length. Tannins are elegant, fine and supple.
