The nose is fruity, racy and offers a very fine concentration/power. It reveals notes of cassis, black cherry and small notes of violet associated with touches of strawberry, fleshy wild raspberry as well as fine hints of spices, liquorice, a subtle hint of tonka bean and an imperceptible hint of iris and pepper. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, a good definition, suavity as well as gourmandize. On the mouth this wine expresses notes of black cherry, crushed raspberry and small notes of blackberry associated with fine touches of cassis, small hints of red berries, violet and iris. Tannins are elegant and well-built. Good length. A very discreet hint of chocolate and almond on the persistence.
