The nose is well-built, fresh, clear, finely sappy and offers a small power. It reveals notes of concentrated cassis, blackberry and small notes of small red fruits associated with fine touches of violet, sappy, as well as hints of gray pepper and a discreet balsamic touch. On the palate, the wine is beautifully mineral, fresh, supple and offers a fine tension. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, fresh/acidic bigarreau cherry and more bright cassis associated with touches of violet, star anise, as well as subtle almost bergamot notes, sappy and a hint of nutmeg and toasted. Tannins add chewiness and gourmandise. Fine freshness. Elegant darkness on the finish.
