The nose is fruity. There are notes of crushed blackcurrant, crisp purple plum and, more slightly, wild berries, combined with hints of nutmeg, spice and a discreet touch of clove. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, smoothness, acidity and good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh red berries, crisp purple plum and more slightly lily/lilac combined with hints of fresh red berries and a subtle hint of fresh blond tobacco. Good length.
