The nose is concentrated and offers and small incisif side. It reveals notes of crushed boysenberry, cassis and wild strawberry associated with touches of wild black berries, dark chocolate as well as subtle touches of cardamom, grilled oak and a very discreet hint of violet (in the background). The palate is fruity, juicy, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acid fine frame, a small deepness, tension as well as a small silkiness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy boysenberry, ripe/juicy wild strawberry and more slightly raspberry associated with fine touches of cherry, very discreet touches of mocha/tonka bean, tea, spices as well as an imperceptible hint of ripe red bell pepper (in the background). Tannins are very slightly dry. Good length. There is a hint of dark chocolate on the persistence/aftertaste.
