The nose is aromatic and offers intensity as well as a small incisive side. It reveals notes of blackberry, black cherry and fine notes of violet, wild blueberry associated with hints of spring flowers as well as a discreet hint of raspberry, toasted and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers fat, a juicy/crunchy fruit, freshness, concentration as well as a fine acid frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, raspberry and more slightly crushed cassis associated with fine touches of flowers, toasted oak as well as a subtle hint of roasting. Tannins are well-built and more slightly tight. Good length.
