It reveals notes of candied peach, crushed nectarine and small notes of pineapple in syrup associated with touches of lemon, discreet hints of fresh mango and a subtle hint of saffron. The palate is fruity and offers a good freshness, fat, minerality, energy, liveliness as well as a very beautiful acidulous frame. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of candied / dried apricot, candied lemon and small notes of stewed nectarine associated with touches of lychee in syrup, pineapple in syrup as well as fine hints of acacia flowers, racy minerality, a subtle hint of saffron and spices. Presence of a fine toasted hint on the finish / persistence. Good work on the bitterness, especially on the finish.
