On the palate it is fruity, elegant and offers creaminess, a certain density, a nice acidity as well as freshness, a good balance, substance (all in balance), elegance and a small almost saline / iodine minerality. This wine expresses notes of pulpy / fleshy raspberry, juicy / fresh cherry and more slightly of creamy blackberry associated with touches of black berries, lily, blueberry, saline minerality as well as hints of blond tobacco and chocolate. The tannins are precise and very finely firm. A fine chewiness on the finish / persistence.
