The nose is fresh, flowery and has a fine concentration. There are notes of fresh blackberry, fresh violet and more slightly lily combined with hints of fleshy/pulpy berries, crushed blackcurrant as well as fine plum blossom and discreet hints of sweet spices. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, minerality, good definition, a certain gourmandise, precision, juiciness and fat. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, crisp cherry and, more slightly, fleshy/juicy red berries combined with hints of lily, violet, racy minerality, a subtle hint of chocolate, liquorice and a touch of cardamom and toasted hazelnut. The tannins are smooth and precise. Good length.
