The nose offers concentration, a velvety, even textured touch, toasted and spicy notes in the opening (coffee, chocolate, toasted hazelnut, liquorice, hint of vanilla, nutmeg, tonka bean in the background), depth and delicacy, as well as a hint of dried mint, envelopped in ripe, juicy, not jammy, but sweet fruits (crushed morello cherry, wild strawberry, sweet raspberry, blackcurrant with a hint of crème de cassis, blackberry). The palate is silky, enveloping, airy and fresh. It expresses the flavors of ripe fruit (morello cherry, wild strawberry, raspberry, blackcurrant, blackberry), with a touch of dried blackcurrant, an integrated toasted and smoky side (coffee, chocolate, toasted hazelnut, licorice, vanilla, nutmeg), the woody notes are controlled and delicate. Good persistence, with an elegant and refined floral and chocolatey hint, complemented by a hint of wild mint.
