Château Lamothe-Bergeron 2022 – Haut-Médoc

The nose is elegant, deep and aromatic, but needs to be decanted. We find notes of boysenberry, wild raspberry and violet associated with touches of lily, cubeb pepper,and more lightly spices and a hint of clove. The palate is fruity, with minerality, a fresh, tangy frame, gourmandise, mellowness and a certain intensity. On the palate, we perceive notes of pulpy, juicy blackberry, pulpy raspberry and more lightly, cornflower, associated with touches of small fleshy wild red fruits as well as hints of toastiness and roasting. Delicate and precise wine. Good length.
