The nose is fruity, fresh and offers concentration, straightness as well as power. It reveals notes of blackberry, cassis and small wild red fruits associated with subtle touches of spices, gray pepper as well as discreet touches of toasted. The palate is fruity, juicy, fleshy, unctuous, well-balanced and offers a good definition, tension, precision as well as a very fine creaminess. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed blackberry, crushed strawberry and fresh raspberry associated with small notes of blue fruits, flowers, chocolate as well as fine touches of toasted, vanilla and very discreet hints of coffee (in the background). Tannins are well-built and slightly firm. There are very fine touches of almond on the finish.
