The nose is aromatic and offers a small hardness (from the Cabernet Sauvignon). It reveals notes of blackberry and flowers combined with touches of crushed cassis, black cherry, strawberry and an imperceptible hint of ripe red bell pepper and a very discreet hint of spices. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced, sanguine and offers suavity, a small hardness (from the Cabernet Sauvignon) as well as freshness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of black cherry, fleshy cassis and slight notes of cherry, strawberry associated with an imperceptible hint of ripe red bell pepper, toasted oak and a very discreet hint of vanilla. Tannins are well built as well as (very) slightly firm. The finish is very slightly dry.
