Château Lambert 2014 – Fronsac

The nose is fruity, structured and offers concentration and a fine richness. It reveals notes of crushed strawberry, raspberry jam and blackberry / cassis combined with slight touches of plum, licorice / cola as well as a subtle toasted hint and mocha. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine acid texture, juiciness, minerality, a fine straightness and a good structure. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy cassis, blackberry and fine notes of raspberry combined with a hint of plum, toasted oak and fine hints of cola and an imperceptible hint of coffee. Tannins are well-built. Good length.
