Château Lalande-Borie 2018 – Saint-Julien

The nose is fruity, elegant and offers concentratio. It reveals notes of cassis, ripe berries and small notes of ripe strawberry associated with fine touches of liquorice, toasted as well as discreet hints of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built, elegant and offers a good definition, gourmandize,suavity, gourmandize, freshness as well as a beautiful fine grain and finely grainy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy cassis and small notes of ripe/fleshy strawberry associated with a touch of small ripe berries, chocolate, caramelized oak, toasted almond as well as discreet hints of spices. A very fine chew on the finish. A very beautiful finish !
