It reveals notes of blackberry, blueberry and more slightly violet flowers associated with small touches of wild fruits as well as hints of spices, Sichuan pepper and a very discreet hint of black tea (in the background). The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a fine mineral frame, a fine tension as well as a good juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy cassis, juicy blackberry and more slightly raspberry associated with a hint of blueberry as well as fine touches of toasted, chocolate oak as well as discreet hints of Sichuan pepper (in the background). Tannins are fine, straight and slightly firm. The finish is slightly tight. Good length. There are touches of vanilla/caramelized on the persistence/aftertaste.
