The palate is nicely juicy, fruity and offers freshness, minerality, accuracy, tension, good definition. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy raspberry, pulpy/juicy blackberry and small notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, associated with touches of small roasted-juicy red fruits, as well as hints of crushed blueberry, blueberry, a nice hint of bourbon vanilla. The tannins are soft, sapid and gourmet. A nice soft mouthfeel and delicacy. Small softness on the nose.
