Château Lagrange 2022 – Pomerol

Château Lagrange 2022 – Pomerol

The nose is elegant, aromatic and complex, with a lovely soft grain. It has notes of fleshy blackberry, small pulpy blue fruits, and a slight touch of fleshy blackcurrant, combined with fine touches of bigarreau cherry, lilac, liquorice, as well as a discreet hint of cardamom and tobacco. The palate is fruity, juicy and fresh, with a lovely gourmandise and complexity. It has a melodious and airy touch, with a lovely texture of the material. Notes of juicy and pulpy blackberry, creamy blackcurrant and small notes of cornflower mingle with touches of lilac, fresh and juicy blue plum, as well as nuances of toast, sweet blond tobacco and fine hints of toasted hazelnut. The tannins are soft and gourmand, with good length and persistence. The freshness, juiciness and a touch of fat bring gourmandise. A deliciously gourmet finish, with a lovely soft texture.
