The nose is fruity, aromatic, precise and offers freshness, a small pulpy side as well as elegance. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, wild strawberry and small notes of flowers (lily, lilac) associated with small touches of ripe/fresh red fruits as well as fine hints of liquorice stick, very discreet hints of cardamom and an imperceptible hint of Cuben pepper. The palate is fresh, fruity, elegant, racy, precise, very finely creamy and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful structure, tension, richness (but full of finesse), a beautiful fullness, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as a fresh frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of flesy blackberry, fleshy cassis and small notes of fleshy raspberry associated with small touches of flowers (cornflower, violet), hints of chocolate, caramelization as well as a subtle hint of toasted and Bourbon vanilla. Tannins are elegant and structuring. Very fine hints of toasted hazelnut on the persistence.
