It reveals notes of cassis, crunchy wild red berries and more slightly blackberry associated with touches of wild strawberry, violet, liquorice as well as hints of Timut pepper, toasted, sweet spices and a very discreet hint of fresh nutmeg. The palate is fresh, fruity, mineral, well-balanced, beautifully racy and offers a good definition, a beautiful finesse of the grain/structure, a fine suavity, finesse, a fine gourmandize, a very fine unctuosity, a racy minerality, a a beautiful crunchy/ripe fruit as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy/acidulous red berries, crunchy/acidulous cassis and more slightly wild strawberry associated with touches of blackberry, fine hints of toasted, crunchy raspberry, fresh flowers/racy minerality as well as discreet hints of Bourbon vanilla and sweet spices. Tannins are elegant. Good length and persistence. There are hints of chocolate and toasted almond/hazelnut on the persistence. The persistence is gourmand and appetente.
