The nose is elegant, aromatic and offers a slight intensity as well as a slight concentration. It reveals notes of wild blackberry and slight notes of wild strawberry, cassis cream associated with a slight touch of Cuben pepper, a hint of minerality as well as an imperceptible hint of flowers, toasted oak and vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, tight and offers minerality (beautiful minerality), juiciness, a beautiful acid frame, suavity, gourmandise, a beautiful/slight fat as well as a silky matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, raspberry, strawberry and slight noets of black berries associated with a discreet hint of caramelized oak, chocolate as well as a hint of vanilla and a subtle/imperceptible hint of cardamom. Tannins are fine and slightly chewy. Good length and aromatic persistence.
