The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight acidulous frame, juiciness, fat, a fine tension as well as suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy cassis, boysenberry and small notes raspberry associated with a touch of wild strawberry, lily / iris as well as hints of racy minerality, toasted, tonka bean and a subtle hint of blond tobacco.
