The nose is aromatic, concentrated, fresh and offers a fine intensity as well as power. It reveals notes of black cherry, strawberry, fresh raspberry and fresh berries combined with slight notes of olive, blackberry, violet, a subtle touch of garrigue / terroir, dark chocolate as well as an imperceptible hint of gray pepper (in the background) and caramelization. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, precise and offers a nice mineral frame, a fine suavity, tension, straightness as well as a nice density and gourmandise. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of black cherry, ripe redcurrants and juicy black berries combined with fine touches of ripe raspberry, violet / cornflower, zan as well as a subtle hint of black olive and a discreet hint of spices. Tannins are fine and supple. Good length.
