(Organic) The nose is well-built, racy, deep and offers a certain power and intensity. A hint of good austerity. There are notes of spices, concentrated blueberry, black cherry and small notes of cornflower, associated with touches of red pepper, cubeb pepper, as well as hints of small ripe red berries, infusion, bergamot, spices and a subtle, almost balsamic hint. The palate is well-built, fresh, supple, gourmand and offers a tangy frame, freshness, gourmandise, precision, a crystalline side, purity and gourmandise. Brilliance, a lovely mellowness and pulpiness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy Bigarreau cherry, blueberry and small notes of cornflower, combined with touches of small fleshy red berries, a hint of brilliant raspberry, as well as hints of lilac, star anise, racy minerality and tonka bean. Mellow, saline tannins. Good length.
