The nose is fine and quite elegant. It reveals fine notes of crushed blackberry, sour cherry and discreet hints of clay, wild strawberry associated with touches of zan, tobacco, toasted touches as well as a very discreet hint of almond. The mouth is fruity, elegant, well-built and offers a racy minerality, tension, a nice juiciness as well as freshness. In the mouth this wine expresses note notes of juicy redcurrants, blackberry and slight notes of cassis associated with touches of black cherry, wild strawberry, toasted wood as well as a discreet hint of liquorice and sweet spices. Tannins are fine and elegant. Good length.
