The nose is aromatic, fresh, elegant, complex and offers gourmandize. It reveals notes of blackberry, lily, fleshy cassis associated with small notes of small red fruits, Sichuan pepper as well as discreet hints of Cuben pepper and toasted/sweet spices. The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced, well-built and offers suavity, a good delicacy, a fresh frame, tension, a fine unctuosity, dynamism, a racy minerality as well as a good finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy raspberry, fleshy redcurrant and juicy blue fruits associated with small touches of juicy blackberry, vanilla, flowers (lily, cornflower…) as well as fine touches of almond, toasted, very fine touches of vanilla in the background) and a very discreet hint of spices (in the background). Very fine chews on the finish.
