The wine has a deep ruby color with purple hints. The nose is aromatic, ripe and juicy, with lots of freshness and complexity. It reveals notes of crushed mint leaf, basil, violet, fresh rose petals, as well as lots of fruit: blackcurrant, morello cherry, red cherry, red plum, cherry jam, strawberry of wood and elderberry. In the mouth, we can feel richness and concentration. The flavors are ripe and fresh: there are tart red cherries, sour cherries, wild strawberries, as well as peppermint, white pepper, cloves. On the palate, there are also violets and rose petals. The finish is juicy, fruity and quite long. The wine has a firm tannic structure, with a velvety texture, a bit drying on the finish, but pleasant thanks to high acidity.
