Château Lafite Rothschild 2024 – Pauillac, Cru Classé

Château Lafite Rothschild 2024 – Pauillac, Cru Classé

(96% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Merlot, 1% Petit verdot) Lovely spicy nose, frank, airy, voluptuous in its intensity and offers a certain power in finesse as well as a lovely precise and frank grain. There are notes of violet, violet plum and small notes of small wild red berries, associated with touches of graphene, Voatsiperifery pepper, small wild red fruits, as well as a hint of maceron, cornflower, bergamot and a discreet hint of roasted. The palate is well-built, supple, delicate, airy, voluptuous, precise, frank and offers a tangy frame, precision, suppleness, gourmandise, lovely definition and energy. Good acidity. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, juicy/pulpy violet plum and small notes of small brilliant wild red berries, combined with touches of lily, red pepper, as well as hints of bergamot, infusion and a subtle hint of sappy and iodine. Pretty, iodized mid-palate, mellow and gourmand. Good persistence.
