The palate is fruity, well-balanced, juicy and offers a fine freshness, fat, a small suavity as well as a fine acid/juicy frame. On the palate is wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, juicy raspberry and more slightly red berries/cherry associated with touches of toasted oak, sweet spices, a subtle hint of cardamom as well as discreet hints of caramelization and tonka bean on the finish. Tannins are well-built. There is a discreet hint of bitterness on the persistence/aftertaste.
