The nose offers a fine grain and power. It reveals notes of blackberry, wild strawberry and small notes of fleshy raspberry associated with fine touches of lily as well as a hint of violet, graphite, toasted/caramelization and sweet spices. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, minerality as well as a fine acidulous frame, suavity and tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy red cherry, fleshy/juicy blackcurrant and small notes of violet associated with small touches of crunchy raspberry, hints of iris, fresh lilac as well as fine hints of nutmeg. Good length. A good persistence on hints of almond and chocolate.
