The nose is fruity, fresh, mineral and racy. There are notes of vine peach in syrup, crushed green apple and, more slightly, kumquat, combined with fine touches of mandarin peel, fresh lychee, as well as a subtle hint of lemon blossom and an imperceptible touch of almond. The palate is fruity, nicely fresh, elegant, balanced and demonstrates freshness, a nice definition, an elegant classicism, elegance in its straightness and a discreet iodine touch (in the background). On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright vine peach, crisp green apple and more lightly fresh kumquat combined with hints of yuzu, crystallised lemon, fruit in syrup as well as fine zest, delicate hints of fresh verbena, white flowers and an imperceptible touch of vanilla.
