(72% Sauvignon, 28% Semillon) The nose is fruity, gourmand and quite elegant. It reveals notes of pink grapefruit and exotic fruit associated with a touch of litchi, a very slight touch of clementine and a discreet hint of lemon zest. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, quite gourmand and offers tension and an acid / fresh frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of exotic fruits, lychee, lemon zest and slight notes of clementine zest associated with hints of lemon, a slight hint of citrus seed and a discreet hint of apple (in the background). Good length and persistence with a very discreet oaky touch on the persistence. The finish is quite suave.
