The nose is elegant and complex. It reveals notes of tarte Tatin associated with hints of candied fruit and fine notes of apricot, pear and honey. The palate is opulent, rich, suave, balanced, elegant, racy and offers a nice tension. In the mouth it expresses notes of pear and apricot associated with fine notes of jammy white fruits and a touch of candied nectarine. Beautiful finish. Good length.
