(Open one hour before serving) The nose is “aerial”, subtle but quite discreet. It reveals notes of spices associated with a few notes of fruit, peach and slight notes of rosemary associated with a touch of pineapple and honey. The mouth is beautifully fruity, juicy, round, balanced, complex and offers a beautiful tension / freshness that leads the tasting and brings balance. In the mouth it expresses notes of yellow peach, mango and exotic fruits combined with hints of candied fruit and a touch of dried apricot and a touch of brioche on the finish. Good length.
