The palate is fruity, mineral, elegant and offers a beautiful finesse, precision, a beautiful juiciness, a small tension, roundness, a small fat, a bit aerial, an acidulous frame, suavity as well as freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, apricot in syrup and small notes of candied peach associated with touches of kumquat, flowers / acacia as well as very discreet hints of vanilla and caramelization on the finish. Good length. There is a very discreet hint of nuts, dried apricot and fresh almond on the persistence / on the aftertaste.
