The nose is fruity, elegant, beautifully built and offers a racy power, a good finesse of the grain, a small richness as well as gourmandise. It reveals notes of marmalade, crushed peach and small notes of zest (mandarin, lemon) associated with hints of kumquat, Zante currant, crystallized mandarin, cedar, small hints of caramelization / nougatine as well as a very discreet hint of flowers and pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, beautifully balanced and offers a beautiful definition, a fine suavity, dynamism, a small juicy / acidulous frame, a racy grain as well as gourmandise. On the palate this Armagnac reveals notes of juicy yellow peach, marmalade, kumquat and small notes of juicy mirabelle plum associated with small touches of dried citrus, a discreet hint of pâtisseries, praline, almond and a very discreet hint of white flowers (in the background). Good length. There is a touch of gray pepper on the persistence.
